This text message last night had me feeling all the love 💕🩷
Real talk - this market has been rough. A dumpster fire. A s**t show. An epic collision of low inventory and record high rates. Buyer uncertainty in an uncertain feeling world. I know you agents see it and feel it. I don’t know of any that had their banner year in 2023. And we’ve been in the trenches with you.
We made the intentional decision to not sit idly by in this slow SLOW down. We took no breaks. We used this time and opportunity to focus on being better. Getting better for our agents. Better systems. Better experience. Better personalization. Creating more for our agents that we love so much.
Messages and feedback like this makes my heart so full. I started this business 7 years ago with the goal and vision to be a level of partnership to our agents that I didn’t see out there. To be a little more, a little extra, in hopes that it in anyway possible helps them serve their clients at higher levels and take their businesses to higher levels. And for me, when I see that, there is truly no greater fulfillment in what we do than that.
