📱 Reminder, Florence!

Starting September 1st, South Carolina’s new Hands-Free Law goes into effect.

🚗 That means no holding your phone while driving — it’s all about keeping your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road.

👮‍♂️ The Florence Police Department is committed to keeping our roadways safe, and this new law is another step toward reducing distracted driving crashes.

✅ Use Bluetooth, speakerphone, or mounted devices.
❌ Don’t text, scroll, or hold your phone while driving.

Stay safe, stay alert, and let’s keep Florence moving forward — distraction free!
