Beatty in 2006 and is dedicated to helping individuals who are not represented by attorneys by professionally preparing legal documents for them and assisting them with the rules and procedures of the court process. During that time she has worked for both attorneys and the Courts in various areas of the law. In 2005 she became certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Certified Legal Document P
reparer and in 2006 she started Florence Paralegal Services. Elizabeth has extensive experience in many areas of the law including family law (divorce, child support, child custody), civil, criminal, probate and estate planning, guardianship, conservatorship and business and non-profit entity formation. As required under Arizona law, both Florence Paralegal Services (Cert. No. 80840) are certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as Legal Document Preparers. For individuals who are not represented by an attorney, Florence Paralegal Services can do the following:
• Professionally prepare legal documents for you.
• File your legal documents with the Court (or other agency) and arrange for service of your documents as needed.
• Provide general legal information.
• Provide general factual information pertaining to legal rights, procedures or options available to you.
• Florence Paralegal Services CANNOT provide you with legal advice. We handle the following types of cases:
