Every home holds memories. From the day you received your keys to the improvements you've made along the way, each chapter represents the time, love, and money you've invested into making that house your home.

One thing I always encourage homeowners to do is keep a record of those chapters. Save your receipts, document your renovations, keep track of warranties, and maintain a history of repairs and upgrades.

You may not think much of those details today, but when it's time to sell, they could help you demonstrate just how well you've cared for your property.

Being a boss is about more than running a business. It’s about having a vision, making decisions that aren't always easy, taking risks, and being willing to do the work that nobody sees.

I've learned that leadership comes with responsibility, and success means very little if you're not creating opportunities for others along the way. Every experience, every challenge, and every lesson has shaped the way I approach business and the people I have the privilege of working with.
