She has been in Real Estate for almost 20 years and in 2018 was voted in by the association membership for the position of the President of the Board of Realtors for the Pee Dee REALTOR® Association, which has over 600 members and covers 7 counties. Keon has held many positions throughout her career in Real Estate, on a local level as a director on the board of Realtors for 9 years and the Multipl
e Listing Services Boards for 5 years, state-level including grievance committee member, professional standards committee member, Region 4 REALTOR® Political Action Committee Trustee, Region 4 Vice President, National Association of REALTORS® Director and was recently nominated as the 2023 Treasurer for the SC REALTOR® Association. She is a 2017 graduate of leadership SCR, which is a 9-month program designed to identify emerging leaders throughout the state of South Carolina by encouraging them with motivational activities and assisting in sharpening their leadership skills in hopes that they will demonstrate a positive influence on the future of the REALTOR® organization and profession. Keon is well known throughout her community as a supporter of local non-profits which she sits on the local board of directors, Habitat for Humanity, and Harvest Hope. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her biggest supporters, her husband of 17 years and their children, a daughter, a senior in college, and a son, who attends public school in the Pee Dee area.
