Our Springfield Gardens property came with a bonus house..? 🤔

The property originally had a small house with a huge front yard. Eventually, a two-family house was built in the yard, and the original house was grandfathered in.

Fast forward to today, and we now own a legal 3-family property in a 2-family zone in Springfield Gardens.

The possibilities here are pretty incredible. Live in the main house and rent out the two-family, use the extra space for extended family, or turn it into an Airbnb or rental property for extra income.

Finding properties like this is a big part of what we do at Exquisite Ventures. We’re always looking for unique opportunities that others might overlook or simply not see the potential in. This one was definitely a rare find we’re excited to have snagged!
