*Store your most important documents in a secure location.
There are several options to protect the documents listed above. You can store them outside of your home such as in a safety deposit box.
*Make copies of your vital documents and keep them in an easily accessible place in your home.
*In addition to storing your important documents safely out of harm’s way in a secure off-site location, you should make copies you can grab quickly if you need to evacuate. Pack them in a sealed plastic bag to keep the documents dry during evacuation.
And most importantly take pictures of documents & email them to yourself, this way you can access them from any computer-any where

Now that School is just about out, you might be needing Permission Slips Notarized.

Notarization requests for permission slips signed by parents to allow their children to participate in extracurricular activities and to hold the school (or other entity) harmless for anything that happens during those activities.

Minor Traveling with One Parent Consent Forms - Notaries will also see consent forms that allow minors to travel with one parent or another adult who is not the child’s parent.
