Count 4: CSC 1st Degree—NOT GUILTY.
Count 5: CSC 2nd Degree—NOT GUILTY.

Double homicide I resolved this week.

The man’s attorney said he was trying to break up a fight “when things got a little out of control.”

MEGA CONEY ISLAND MURDER/SHOOTING CASE, FLINT, MI. Attorney Ewing received a jury verdict today. NOT GUILTY of Murder, NOT GUILTY of several Assault with Intent to Murder charges, NOT GUILTY of several Felony Firearm charges, and NOT GUILTY of Resisting Obstructing Police. Guilty only of Carrying a Concealed Weapon (admitted). Great day!
