💔🐾 VENTI IS STILL WAITING! HOW IS THIS BIG, BEAUTIFUL TEDDY BEAR STILL BEING OVERLOOKED? 🥹❤️

Oh, Venti. This big, sweet boy just breaks my heart. He’s been at the shelter way too long, and I honestly don’t understand why nobody has scooped him up yet!

WE JUST LOVE THIS BOY! ❤️

Venti is like a big old teddy bear! He’s handsome, affectionate, and absolutely LOVES people. He’s got that gorgeous blue-gray coat, the sweetest face, and so much love to give. He’s just a big hunk of love waiting for somebody to notice him!

He’s about 1½–2 years old and 70 pounds, and he’s been waiting far too long for a family of his own.

Venti is very social with people and loves attention. He enjoys being loved on, and honestly, I think he’d be perfectly happy being somebody’s big spoiled baby! 🥰

Unfortunately, shelter life is really starting to wear on this sweet boy. He’s been there too long, and the stress of living in a kennel is taking its toll. He needs OUT. He needs a home where he can relax, feel loved, and finally enjoy being somebody’s best friend.

🐾 A little about our handsome Venti:

❤️ About 1½–2 years old

🐾 70 pounds of teddy bear sweetness

🥰 Loves people and affection

🐶 Needs to be your one and only pet

👧 Older kids, preferably 8+

💙 Gorgeous blue-gray coat and one handsome face!

I know being an only pet makes it a little harder to find the right home, but surely there’s somebody out there looking for ONE wonderful dog to love and spoil!

And Venti has more than enough love to fill a whole house! ❤️

PLEASE DON’T OVERLOOK HIM JUST BECAUSE HE’S A BIG BOY OR NEEDS TO BE YOUR ONLY PET.

This sweet boy has so much to offer. He deserves to stretch out on a comfortable couch, sleep in a warm bed, enjoy walks with his person, and know what it feels like to truly belong.

Every day I see him still sitting there, I wonder why. Why hasn’t somebody fallen in love with this beautiful boy yet?

VENTI HAS WAITED LONG ENOUGH. HE REALLY, REALLY NEEDS OUT OF THE SHELTER! 💔

Please come meet him. Spend a little time with him. Give this big teddy bear a chance to steal your heart. I think you’ll understand why we love him so much! 🥹❤️

💔🥺 PIPER IS STILL NOT EATING! OUR SWEET SENIOR GIRL IS STRUGGLING, AND SHE DESPERATELY NEEDS OUT OF THE SHELTER! 💔

Remember our beautiful Piper? Sadly, things haven’t gotten any better for this precious girl. SHE IS STILL NOT EATING, and we are so worried about her. 😢

And now, she doesn’t even want to go back into her kennel. This poor girl knows what it’s like to have a home, and shelter life is taking such a terrible toll on her. She’s trying to tell us in every way she knows how that she just wants OUT. 💔

Piper is about 6–7 years old and 46 pounds, and she is such a sweet, loving girl. She absolutely adores people and just wants to be close to someone. She loves sitting between your feet, soaking up all the reassurance, affection, and loving she can get. ❤️

🐾 A little more about our precious Piper:

❤️ 6–7 years old, 46 pounds

🐶 Meet and greet required with other dogs

🚫 No small dogs or cats

👧 Good with kids of all ages, meet required with children under 5

🐾 Knows sit and shake

🥰 Very affectionate, gentle, and loves being close to her people

PIPER IS NOT EATING. SHE DOESN’T WANT TO GO BACK INTO HER KENNEL. AND WE ARE WATCHING THIS SWEET GIRL STRUGGLE MORE AND MORE. 💔

I wish people could see what we see. The sadness, the stress, and the way some of these dogs just seem to lose hope. Not every dog can handle shelter life, and Piper is one of those dogs who is having an incredibly hard time.

This girl should be spending her days curled up on someone’s couch, enjoying a soft bed, eating good meals, and being loved and spoiled. Instead, she’s sitting in a kennel, and it’s breaking our hearts.

PLEASE, SOMEBODY, GIVE PIPER A CHANCE! 🙏

She doesn’t need anything fancy. Just a loving home, some peace and quiet, a comfortable place to sleep, and someone who will make her feel safe and wanted again.

I don’t want to see this sweet senior girl continue to decline. She deserves so much better than this.

Just look at this adorable little girl! Isn’t she the cutest thing?! Puptart is just a baby, only 8–10 months old, and she’s got a whole lot of love, personality, and puppy sweetness packed into that adorable little body! ❤️

This precious girl is affectionate, playful, and so much fun! She absolutely LOVES attention, and if there’s an available lap, well, don’t be surprised if Puptart decides that’s exactly where she belongs! 🥰

She’s still just a puppy, with her whole life ahead of her. She shouldn’t be spending these precious puppy months growing up in a shelter. She needs a family, a home, some toys, a comfy bed, and people to love her to pieces!

❤️🐾 MEET DARREL! JUST LOOK AT THIS HANDSOME LITTLE CUTIE PIE! 🥹❤️

Oh my goodness, isn’t he just adorable?! Darrel has a little bit of that bully breed look to him, and I think he’s just the cutest thing! That sweet face just melts my heart! ❤️

Darrel is about 4 years old and 65 pounds of sweetness. He came into the shelter with little Dwight, the puppy, and Phyllis. Sadly, it doesn’t sound like these babies have had a very good life so far. 💔

Darrel is a little shy, and honestly, who could blame him? He may not have known much kindness or love in his life, but despite everything, he’s such a sweet boy. He just needs someone willing to give him a chance, show him some patience, and let him discover how wonderful life can really be. 🥹❤️

I just think this boy is such a cutie pie! There’s something extra special about these shy, gentle souls. Watching them learn to trust and realize that someone really does love them is one of the most beautiful things. ❤️

Darrel deserves so much better than whatever life has handed him so far. He deserves a soft bed, a full belly, gentle hands, and a family who will love him for the rest of his days.

I am telling you, this little guy absolutely stole my heart! I fell in love with him! Just LOOK at that adorable face! How could you not?! 😍❤️

Oogie Boogie is just 1–2 years old and only 28 pounds of pure cuteness! He’s a little peanut with a whole lot of love to give!

We are very excited to announce that we will be having another FREE vaccine clinic THIS SUNDAY, October 18th from 9 am - 12 pm here at Genesee County Animal Care!

We will be offering Rabies, DHPP, DHLPP, Bordetella, and FVRCP vaccines.

Please have all dogs on tight leashes and all cats in carriers! 🐶🐱

Please bring proof of previous vaccines and spay/neuter if you have it. 📋

We will accept CASH ONLY for licensing. 💵

This clinic is available for GENESEE COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY. This will be a first-come, first-served event while supplies last. 🐾
