So Buyers and Sellers
So much confusion out there
I obtained my Buyer Broker accreditation years ago- it’s ok to be confused

Each state for years had their own rules/ now it’s national

We all should follow same- In Florida and many areas things were Transactional

Today that can also be done

It’s way too difficult for you/ shame that consumers are getting confused

But NAR came up with this and we are all noodling thru rules- gosh know our license is in jeopardy

So let’s keep it simple- go to a season agent- don’t focus on the letters and stuff
Focus on a agent who has some years of experience- and explains your process
If they can’t find one who can

For years we had holiday agents!

Now it all comes back to agents with Information and truth
I’m sorry this happened to buyers who feel uncomfortable- please don’t

I and many have experience to help you locate your dream home

We will go thru your list- listen and adjust to
Area market

That’s what we do-

So buyers your local experienced realtors hear you and gosh knows we didn’t make these new rules

No surprises!

Some forms need to be improved and
Verification of compensation to buyers agent in writing

Let’s not forget verbal is legal however not enforceable!

In addition if you choose to view properties
With zero compensation to buyers agent
You will be informed Inadvance for clarification and prior notification per respa regulations
