ISO - Looking to hire full-time office admin.

Remote work, full time and open to possible salary

Experience with small claims courts in Marion and surrounding counties a must;

90% of work would be drafting/filing eviction and debt collections in small claims courts and some additional transactional work for Real estate (deed prep, etc.)

Won't have to answer any phone calls. Just need computer and printer.

CDC issues new eviction moratorium -

The CDC has just issued a new moratorium on evictions through October 3, 2021. However, this time it is limited to "counties experiencing a high rate of transmission of the coronavirus."

Another court joins a Texas Federal Court holding the CDC ban on evictions exceeds its authority.

A federal judge in Cleveland ruled Wednesday that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lacked the authority to issue a nationwide moratorium on rental evictions.
