The Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled that because of the 2022 amendment to the Michigan Constitution, the Michigan Secretary of State may maintain a website through which you can apply for an Absentee Voter ballot. This bypasses the county election officials.

FUN FACT OF THE DAY
The Michigan Supreme Court has ruled all Michigan Courts must allow anyone to have a cell phone in the Court by May 1 of this year.

But make sure your phone doesn't make any noise in Court. A Judge can still confiscate it if it does so!

Cellphones will be allowed in Michigan courthouses and courtrooms by May 1, Michigan Supreme Court justices announced Wednesday.
