Most sellers focus on price, but buyers decide how they feel about your home in the first 30 seconds.

And it’s usually not the big things that turn them off — it’s the small, easily overlooked details. Buyers are paying attention to everything, and some of the things that quietly kill a showing are so fixable that it hurts to watch them cost someone money. 💸

Most of us will spend this weekend at a cookout, on a beach, or doing something that feels easy and ordinary. And that's kind of the whole point.

The freedom to have a normal weekend (to grill with your neighbors, sit on your porch, let your kids run around the yard) exists because someone chose to give up theirs. Permanently.

Memorial Day isn't really about the long weekend. It's about the people who made sure we'd have one. We remember you today. And we're grateful.
