July was a busy month!

1- I had the pleasure of helping my first time home buyers get their first home. Its always an exciting time to see buyers get their offer accepted in todays market, but this even more, seeing them getting into a place to call home.

2- This home was such a great investment opportunity for my buyers. They had instant equity. They have plans to make some upgrades and rent it out for extra income. Such a great way to make some passive income!

3- They got their mobile home sold, and used all the equity to get into a better place for their family.
