I know that is not always what sellers want to hear, but it is the truth.

Your final walk-through is not the time to assume everything is fine.

This is your last chance to catch small issues before they turn into your problem.

I always want my buyers to slow down and check the things that are easy to miss:
- faucets and leaks under sinks
- light switches and ceiling fans
- tubs, showers, and toilet bases
- appliances, garage doors, windows, and sliders
- any repair that was promised before closing

Because once you get the keys, those little misses can turn into expensive headaches fast.

This part matters.
Not because I want to add stress.
Because I want you walking into your new home feeling confident, not second-guessing everything.

A good final walk-through is about peace of mind.
