Effective, June 5, 2025, a new law takes effect in PA which will affect all of us. It will be illegal to use a hand-held cell phone while driving This includes while stopped at a red light or other momentary delay. You cannot read a text, write a text or search the internet You will get a ticket, a fine and Court costs. For the first year, there will be a warning. In PA in 2024, there were 9950 crashes involving a distracted driver, resulting in more than 6000 injuries and 49 fatalities. Be safe!

I was sitting at my desk this morning at 10:24am, when our law office building and walls began to shake. At first it felt like a truck going by, but when it didn't stop for about 7-10 seconds, I knew we were having an earthquake. It was 4.8 and centered in NJ. I hope everyone is safe and does not have any damage as a result.. When you leave home and go on with your daily routine, you never know what will happen.
