🎒 Back to school means back to safer driving! 🚌

With students heading back to the classroom, remember to slow down, stay alert, put the phone away, and always watch for school buses, pedestrians, and children in school zones.

A little extra caution behind the wheel can make a big difference. Wishing all students, families, and teachers a safe and successful school year! 📚

Michelle and Ksenia recently had the opportunity to represent Kotlar Cohen in Chicago! 🏙️⚖️

They had a great time connecting with fellow professionals, exchanging ideas, and gaining valuable insights throughout the conference. We’re always grateful for opportunities to build new relationships, strengthen existing connections, and bring fresh perspectives back to our team.

A great trip and an even better experience! ✈️

Another major win for our team. 👏

After a commercial building worker suffered serious shoulder and hip injuries in a fall during a service call, our team pursued both the workers' compensation claim and a premises liability case.
When the trial court dismissed the case before a jury could hear it, our attorneys refused to give up. We successfully appealed the decision, proving the case deserved to move forward.
As trial approached following the appellate victory, the defense agreed to an $850,000 settlement for our client.
Persistence makes all the difference. Congratulations to Richard Astorino and Anne Seguin on this outstanding result! ⚖️👏
