BREAKING NEWS: Dr. Brian Hyatt and Devon Talbert have been indicted for Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping and Conspiracy to Dispense and Distribute a Controlled Substance.

Lindsey Hess, Miranda Newburn, Georgette Rice, Owen Benjamin, Robert Green, and Collyn Harlan have been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping.

Odom Law Firm represents 300+ former patients of the Northwest Medical Center–Springdale Behavioral Health Unit. These charges align with the core allegations in our case—unlawful detention, abuse, and systemic misconduct.

Dr. Brian Hyatt has been found mentally fit to stand trial in the state’s criminal trial against him for Medicaid fraud.

A former Northwest Arkansas doctor facing Medicaid fraud charges has been found mentally fit to stand trial following an evaluation, according to court records.

Our law firm is hosting a food drive benefiting the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank. In 2024, the NWA Food Bank distributed over 14 million pounds of food, equivalent to more than 12 million meals. According to Feeding America, the latest data shows that over $100,00 people in NWA are food insecure. Many of our neighbors are living paycheck to paycheck and are struggling.

Please consider donating canned goods by dropping them off at our office or donating money via the fundraising link posted in the comments.
