This one gave us some serious hiccups but we were able to pull it off. The tenants were refusing to leave the property and had not paid rent since January. We had no choice but to purchase the property with the tenants. We all know I love a challenge.

We were able to close on her mom's property today at Faulkner Law Offices | FLO.

Story:

This lead came in as a referral. We purchased her daughter's home in February and her daughter referred us to her. She wanted to downsize and be around her family. We were able to provide her with a competitive price and she accepted. It was a great pleasure being able to provide a service and drop some real estate gems to this family.
