64 homes sold in August, compared with 86 last August.
Median sale price: approximately $347,000 over the three months ending August—nearly unchanged from the same period last year. My takeaway? Homes are still selling, but pricing and presentation deserve careful attention. And remember: a ZIP code’s median isn’t your home’s individual value!
