RENTAL SCAM ALERT! PLEASE SHARE! 🚨

Protect our community! Scammers are creating fake listings on Facebook and Instagram to steal your money. Before you pay a dime, remember:

🔍 Do Your Homework: Research the property and the landlord first.

🤝 Meet in Person: Never sign or pay before seeing the place and meeting the manager.

📄 Get it in Writing: Always insist on a formal lease agreement.

🚫 No Wire/Gift Cards: If they ask for payment via wire transfer or gift cards, it is a scam.

See something suspicious? Report it to the platform and local police immediately.
