Your sellers are already using AI. Are you keeping up with how they’re getting their information?

According to Zillow’s 2026 Consumer Housing Trends Report, 84% of sellers reported using AI at least weekly. But here’s what stood out: 89% still used a real estate agent to help sell or promote their home.

That tells us something.

Technology is changing how people research, ask questions, and prepare to buy or sell. But trust, local knowledge, and real conversations still matter.

As agents, we don’t need to master every AI tool out there. But we should be curious enough to explore how it can help us work smarter, communicate better, and give our clients a better experience.

The tools are changing. The value you bring as an agent still matters.
