A Kent County jury returned a no-cause verdict in a serious-injury case arising from a multi-vehicle crash on U.S. 131. The jury found that the defendant driver was not negligent, ending the claims against both the driver and the vehicle’s owner. The verdict highlights the firm's ability to successfully defend serious-injury auto cases.

Shareholder Stephanie Strycharz tried the case with Senior Attorney Concetta Moceri-Louzon as second chair. Congratulations to Stephanie and Concetta on the verdict.
