A couple weeks agao I reminded parents to take a look at their auto insurance before sending a student away to school with a car. But insurance isn't the only conversation worth having as they enter the world away from home.
After more than 30 years of helping people following automobile accidents, there are a few things I wish every young driver knew—especially when they're heading away from home for the first time.
So this week, I've put together a short list of things I'd want any young driver in my life to know while away at college. Hopefully they'll never need most of this advice, but if something does happen, they'll be much better prepared because of it.
