Misdemeanors that will now disqualify you from getting your CPL for either 3 years or 8 yrs, or will get your CPL revoked for said amount of time:
CPL application will not be approved if a CPL applicant has been convicted of one of the following misdemeanors in the 3 years immediately preceding the date of application:
