Immigration attorneys: the deportation judges are here, and rumor is they are advancing everyone’s Master Calendar Hearings to make dockets of 100+ people hoping to knock out a lot of in absentias.

Deny. Every. Single. Thing.

Waive/admit/concede NOTHING. Make them get an interpreter and make them read all the rights and warnings. The judges and DHS will spit nails and try to make you think you are doing something wrong, but ignore them.

IMPORTANT: For those who don't have attorneys, it seems that the immigration courts are rapidly advancing immigration hearings, often with little or no notice. Please check your hearing date using the immigration court online system rather than rely on the hearing notice you received, because if you miss your hearing you will be ordered removed immediately.

IMPORTANTE: Para los quienes no tienen abogados, parece que el corte de inmigracion esta avanzando todas las audiencias muy rapidamente. Algunos no reciben nada de una notificacion antes de la nueva fecha. Siga chequeando la fecha de su audiencia cada dia usando la sistema del corte.
