NEWS UPDATE: The Department of Homeland Security has announced an 18-month designation of Afghanistan for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Individuals who have resided in the U.S. as of March 15, 2022 will be eligible to apply.

Although this was overdue, we're relieved to see the US Government is finally providing protection to Afghans.

Information about the application process will be available from DHS at a later date.

We're excited to welcome two of our client's daughters to the US from Guatemala! After almost eighteen years in the US, our client received a T visa and was reunited with his children, who he hadn't seen since they were little. Congratulations to all!
