There were only 8 detached homes that closed escrow in the month of October in Fallbrook but there are 79 in escrow. The rer were 2 detached homes that sold in the high $900,000 and the median price sold was $674,450, the least expensive home sold for $425,000. The most expensive detached home in escrow is listed at $2,500,000 and the median priced home is $524,900 with the least expensive coming in at $325,000...

July's Marketwatch...

According North San Diego Association of Realtors HomeDex Marketwatch Report the median sales price for homes in Fallbrook was $506,500 in the month of July and homes stayed on the market for 35 days. There were 64 closed escrows, which is down -14.7% from last year. Over all North San Diego County had a median sales price of $555,000 and average market time was 30 days in July. The median sales price is up from last year but homes sold, closed sales and the months supply is down from last year.
