My name is Scott Steele and I am a Realtor at Century 21 Associates Realty. I was born, raised and have lived in Fall River most of my life. As a child I lived in Somerset for a few years before returning to back to Fall River. I attended Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School in Fall River, MA. I studied Mechanical Drafting and graduated in June of 2000. Shortly after graduation I began

working at a residential home for troubled youth. I worked with children and families to develop the skills they needed to succeed in school, to return home and stay home. During this time I had the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing people to help them meet their goals and create a better life for them and their families. The relationships I made, skills, and knowledge I developed working with families has helped me become the person I am today. In 2007 my wife and I began the search for our first home and in May 2008 we finally found and closed on a two family fixer upper in Fall River. For the next 6 months we renovated the home and planned our wedding. In October 2008 we successfully finished remodeling, had our wedding and moved into our first home. During this whole process I met some amazing people and learned a lot about the home buying process and ways to remodel a home to get the most return for your dollar. After going through this process I realized I wanted to continue to help people and their families achieve their goals but in a different way. I decided to become a realtor and share the knowledge I gained going through it myself with others. It is not only my goal but my promise to make the home buying or selling process a stress free, smooth and enjoyable experience. When looking at buying or selling a home you should not only use a professional but you should use someone you feel comfortable with and can trust, I can not only provide the peace of mind and professionalism you deserve and need, but when you work with me you are working with a friend. Discipline usually looks boring as hell until it starts paying off.

A lot of real estate is not flashy. It’s the same stuff over and over. Follow up. Paperwork. Chasing down answers. Running comps late at night. Open houses on the weekend. Conversations that don’t go anywhere. Deals that feel like they take forever.
Some days it feels like you’re doing a whole lot just to do it all again tomorrow.
But that’s really how this business gets built.
The boring stuff is the foundation. The follow up nobody sees. The consistency. The extra call. The hard conversation. Staying on top of things when you’re tired, annoyed, or just over it.
The big wins don’t come out of nowhere. The closings, the listings, the momentum, the business people think just “happened”… it all comes from the work that feels repetitive in the moment.
It’s built in the regular everyday stuff.
Answering the call.
Making the call.
Knowing your market.
Doing what you said you were going to do.
Showing up when it would be easier not to.
That’s the part that actually builds something.
So yeah, discipline can look boring. But it builds confidence, trust, experience, consistency, and eventually results.

It has been a crazy busy 2 weeks in real estate and I finally had time today to sit, review, and catch up on all of the team's accepted offers, listings, buyers, sellers, coming soon properties, etc. I do this to ensure everyone gets posts for their accomplishments and gets the recognition they deserve. And I am blown away by all the agents on The Ponte Group, Keller Williams.

In the last 8 DAYS, the agents have had:
10 offers accepted (6 in the last 5 days)
4 more offers are currently awaiting responses
3 listing agreements signed
6 new Buyer agreements signed
2 new listings
1 listing appointment scheduled for next week
5 closings for over $2.4 million in volume
9 different agents with at least one client under contract
21 properties under contract (team agents)

I couldn’t be prouder of the heart, hustle, and teamwork this group brings every single day.
