Let me tell you a little about me and my philosophy. I have been an attorney since 2004 staring as as Assistant District Attorney in Bristol County Massachusetts and later opening my own practice at 56 N..Main Street, Fall River, MA in 2006. I have been here ever since and have been around the block and then around again. There is not a lot I haven't seen or heard of at this point but truly every case is different and even in similar cases different client's needs are not always the same. I could talk to you about my accolades like being the president of the largest criminal defense attorney group in the county, but the truth of the matter is that isn't what matters. What matters is that I care about what happens to my clients, and I take their cases on in a very personal way. I suggest the most important thing a client should be concerned with when hiring a lawyer is whether they trust their gut, and ask, "do I trust this person with my case?" As a person who needs legal advice or assistance, you need to decide "Is this the person that I want up there both acting as my hired soldier in court and my trusted advisor outside of court." For many people I am that person. I am more than just a lawyer, I am a person who truly wants you to succeed. Above all else I tell my clients the truth. I turn away cases when a potential client has unrealistic expectations. Some attorneys grab the money first and explain the bad news later, that is not my style. No attorney can guarantee success, an ethical, honest, trustworthy and blunt attorney like me can only try hard to to help you while keeping you honestly informed about your case and choices with advice you can rely on. Cases and clients' problems don't solely exist in the four concers of a pile of documents or even just in a trial; how everything is affecting my clients' lives is the most important thing.
