"I am a major contributor to RPAC, driven by a deep belief in the power of individual voices coming together to create lasting change. My passion lies in advocating for the buyers and sellers I collaborate with every day, and this has led me to see RPAC as my contribution to supporting private property rights. Drawing from my over 30 years in the real estate profession as a REALTOR® – Broker/Owner and an owner of a local, custom home-building company, I’ve learned some invaluable lessons and put them into practice. I’ve become more knowledgeable in the world of real estate by navigating the storms of our real estate market, from the challenging times of the crash in 2007-2008 to devastating events like the oil spill that affected our area in 2010, Hurricane Sally in 2020 and the COVID pandemic of 2020-2021/22.
Each passing day brings forth bills that could potentially undermine private property rights and the real estate industry — through tax adjustments, elevated fees, or the removal of crucial deductions. By recognizing the importance of collective action, my investment in RPAC empowers me to actively shape legislation that preserves these rights and bolsters the communities I'm dedicated to serving.
I firmly believe it's crucial for each of us to lend our voice and invest in our professional futures and the broader industry we're privileged to serve. United by this conviction, we can drive tangible change far beyond what we could achieve individually. My role as a champion for buyers and sellers has naturally extended to championing the cause of RPAC, and it's a responsibility I wholeheartedly embrace."
