Now Open! Urban Air Adventure Park is now open in Daytona Beach, Florida. Located next to the Daytona International Speedway, race enthusiasts will love that this Urban Air features an indoor go-kart track! This 55,858-square-foot entertainment park is the second location for Richard Afolabi and his family investment group. Congrats to Master Broker Edge Realty’s Michael Stern and Josh Flores, and Florida Broker Katz & Associates’ Daniel Solomon , CCIM, who represented Urban Air in the 15-year lease, and to landlord Lamar Companies. This is the first of three new Urban Air openings in the greater central Florida region over the next five weeks!
