Get Your Free Book Today at www.LivingTrustPlus.info | Visit us at www.FarrLawFirm.com About the Firm: The Farr Law Firm is an Estate Planning and Elder Law firm dedicated to helping protect seniors and their families by preserving dignity, integrity and family unity to the greatest extent possible. The Farr Law Firm is widely recognized as one of the best Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Specials Needs firms practicing in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Principal attorney Evan Farr started his legal career in 1987 after graduating from an Ivy League college with a degree in psychology and then Law School at William & Mary. Evan worked for a small General Practice law firm for 4 years before starting his own General Practice firm with an emphasis in Estate Planning. For the next 10 years or so, Evan built up his Estate Planning and General Practice firm to be one of the most highly-respected General Practice firms in Virginia, culminating in Evan serving as President of the General Practice Section of the Virginia State Bar in 2001. Starting in the late 1990’s, Evan tried to add Elder Law to his General Practice, but realized after a few years that Elder Law was the most complex area of law in existence and that it was impossible to “dabble” in Elder Law. Therefore, around 2003, Evan decided to discontinue his General Practice in order to focus on becoming an expert in Elder Law. By 2007, Evan was being recognized as one of the top Elder Law attorneys in Virginia, and since 2009 Evan has been recognized as one of the top Elder Law attorneys in the entire country. To better serve clients in Virginia and throughout the DC Metro area, the Farr Law Firm has also grown from its original location in Fairfax to 3 additional offices: one in Fredericksburg, Virginia; one in Washington, DC; and one in Rockville, MD. In 2018, the Farr Law Firm experienced tremendous additional growth with the addition of Bill Fralin, one of the top Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Virginia, DC, and Maryland, as Of Counsel to the Farr Law Firm. Bill founded The Estate Planning & Elder Law Firm, P.C. in 1994 and has now become a full-time addition to the Farr Law Firm. AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, Bill has also been named in Virginia Business magazine as one of the top 50 attorneys in Virginia, in Washingtonian magazine as one of the top elder law attorneys in the region, and in Super Lawyers as one of the top 100 attorneys in the region.
