Loudoun Station’s next big entertainment destination is officially moving forward, and it is bringing a lot more than just one way to have fun. Comstock has confirmed a signed lease for a 12,000 square foot flagship venue at 43811 Central Station Drive, with indoor golf simulators, high end karaoke, billiards, darts, shuffleboard, private event space, food, and beverages planned under one roof.
The location makes the concept even more interesting. Sitting directly beside Ashburn Station on Metro’s Silver Line, the venue would add another destination to an already active mixed use area where residents, commuters, and visitors can easily connect. The former entertainment space has been vacant since 2023, following an earlier mini golf proposal that never opened, making this latest lease an important new chapter for the property.
A second quarter 2027 opening has been described as the current target, although construction, permits, inspections, and final operating details still need to come together. With multiple entertainment experiences planned in one location, it will be interesting to see how this new concept fits into Loudoun County’s growing social and dining scene.
