If you’re looking for a home with a little more character than your typical cookie-cutter house, these are a few Northern Virginia neighborhoods we always reccommend. 🏡

Falls Church, Vienna, Great Falls, and Clifton each have their own personality, from older homes with charm and mature trees to properties with unique layouts and plenty of potential.

And “character” can mean something different to everyone. Maybe it’s the original details, the lot, the neighborhood, or just that feeling you get when you walk through the door.

If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s worth knowing where to look.

Which Northern Virginia neighborhood would you add to the list? 👇

Northern Virginia travelers, this one is worth putting on your radar. ✈️

Washington Manassas Airport has officially received FAA certification to accommodate certain commercial passenger airline operations, with service aiming to begin in November 2027.

That could mean another option for getting around the region, especially for travelers in Prince William County and surrounding communities who currently head to Dulles, Reagan or BWI.

And this is more than just flights. The airport is also planning a new air traffic control tower and runway improvements as it prepares for its next chapter.

We’ll be watching this one. Read more about this development on our website: https://loom.ly/zxJ255w

Now we want to know: What destination would make you most excited to fly out of Manassas?

The Fed raised rates again this month, and a lot of buyers are waiting on the sidelines for a better rate. Here's the thing: rate isn't the only lever. Loan type, down payment, and timing your purchase before competition picks back up all matter more than people think.

Data centers are one of the biggest development stories happening across Northern Virginia right now, and it’s something homebuyers should have on their radar. 👀

Loudoun County is considering a temporary pause on certain new data center applications while it reviews its development rules. Prince William County, meanwhile, has rejected major proposed projects but a number of new proposals continue to emerge.

At the same time, Virginia is taking a closer look at the industry’s impact on water resources, infrastructure and future development.

So what does this mean if you’re buying a home in NoVA? ➡️

It’s a good reminder to look beyond the listing. Zoning, planned development and major infrastructure projects can all play a role in how a neighborhood evolves over time.
