Had a great day in Loudoun on Dec. 18. Had a client charged with a .20 DWI. Filed a Motion to Quash as the only reason the deputy stopped my guy was he was driving under the speed and crossed the centerline once going around a curve. The judge agreed with my motion and quashed the stop and dismissed the charge. It does not happen often, but great when it does. It will be an expensive learning experience that he will never repeat again. Merry Christmas.

After many years with a firm, I have recently opened my own office and will concentrate on DWI, Criminal and Traffic Defense. My new office is still across the street from the Fairfax County Courthouse at 4103 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 100. I look forward to assisting those that have found themselves or a "good friend" in trouble.
