This probably isn’t what most people picture when they think of a Realtor®️..

There weren’t contracts to sign today.

No open houses hosted (but my client and I did attend one)

No fancy closing photos.

Instead, there were truckloads of debris, overgrown brush, and years of accumulated belongings.

My client needed help getting their property ready before it could ever hit the market, so that’s what we started today. On a Saturday. Together.

Real estate is about so much more than putting a sign in the yard.

Sometimes it’s strategy.
Sometimes it’s negotiations.
