Full Time Front Office Secretary
The Front Office Secretary is the first point of contact for the law firm and provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is an entry-level position for someone organized, professional, and eager to learn in a law office environment.
Responsibilities
-Greet clients and visitors and manage the front desk
-Answer and route phone calls and messages
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Receive, scan, and file documents
-Handle mail and basic office organization
-Maintain confidentiality of all client matters
-Qualifications
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Professional demeanor and reliability
-Ability to multitask and follow instructions
-Basic computer skills (email and word processing)
-Prior office experience helpful but not required
