The latest price stats? Here’s a look at a couple local counties and the region. We’ve had some astounding growth over the past few months. For a while the market was slowing down, but low mortgage rates, increased demand, and shrinking inventory have changed that. Anyway, I’ll drop a few extra price visuals in the comments. Thoughts?

Interesting stats. Any thoughts on why? I think COVID is playing a huge part of it.

Big stat. Housing inventory is at its lowest monthly level in over 15 years in the Sacramento region as well as each listed county. Why do you think it's so low right now?

Months of housing supply:

- Sacramento: 0.72
- Placer: 0.85
- El Dorado: 1.07
- Yolo: 1.10
- Sacramento Region: 0.82

Any thoughts?
