Working on the side yard, we added a Garden Shed. I thought some solar lights might work. The solar charges a large 125AH battery that runs a 800 watt inverter. So the Shed has interior lights and a couple of outlets for charging battery powered tools. Next is to move all the rock away and build a planter box. We hope to get some humming Birds to visit...

There Is A Sunrise and Sunset Every Single Day!

​​​A new season in the Real Estate industry is upon us.
Two things are at the forefront of my mind: (1) getting back to the basics and (2) having a positive mindset.

Life seems to be in one of three categories. You either just finished going through a storm, you are currently in the middle of a storm or you are going to be heading into a storm.

In the Real Estate industry we are in a storm right now and that equates to higher rates, houses sitting on the market longer than normal, price reductions, and buyers slower to make a decision to purchase. Fortunately, there is also the hope of getting out of the storm and coming out stronger.

These problems, any problems for that matter, can feel defeating if not approached with the right mindset. Or, they can be opportunities to grow, get better, and learn valuable life lessons.

I refuse to be defeated and let negativity set in and grow its ugly roots. I know many of you who are reading this are also going through a storm of your own. May I take this time to remind you that all things are difficult before they are easy and you were made to do hard things. Additionally, when life is easy and everything is going our way, we tend to loose appreciation for the small things in life. One of the best ways to combat personal difficulties is to focus on giving to others in need…financially and with your time and talents. Doing this will breed gratitude and perspective. Speaking of perspective, remember that if you are in a storm, this is just a season.
