Solo attorney in Evergreen Park, Illinois with a concentration in estate planning, probate and real estate matters is in immediate need for a paralegal and/or legal assistant with 0-3 years of experience and/or paralegal courses taken in estate planning and probate administration.

Responsibilities include assisting attorney with document drafting, administration of probate matters, consisting of preparation and filing of pleadings to open and close probate estates and other administration matters relating to probate matters.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and will be responsible for overseeing the files from start to finish with the assistance of the attorney. Candidate must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as client database management systems.
Full time position; hourly rate.
