Last night at the Rotary Club of Everett Scholarship Awards Night, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Everett, we had the honor of awarding the first annual Spencer Injury Law Scholarship to Mia Cienega of Everett High School.

Mia will be attending Wartburg College this fall, where she plans to pursue a pre-law track and her story is exactly why this scholarship was created.

A state champion wrestler, national finalist, and multi-time All-American, Mia has already demonstrated incredible discipline, resilience, and determination. As a female athlete in the growing sport of women’s wrestling, she is not only chasing her own goals, but helping pave the way for others to follow.

Her passion for becoming a lawyer is rooted in something we deeply value at our firm: helping people and making a meaningful difference. Mia shared that she has dreamed of going to college since she was young, and is committed to working hard, both academically and athletically, to make that vision a reality.

It is truly an honor to support driven young women like Mia as they take the next step toward their future. We look forward to seeing all that she accomplishes.

Congratulations, Mia—we’re proud to be a small part of your journey.
