🏡 CLOSED — AND THIS ONE FEELS EXTRA SPECIAL! 🔑❤️

There’s something pretty amazing about helping the next generation of a family I’ve already had the privilege of working with. I helped her parents years ago, and now she trusted me to help her purchase her very first home. That means more to me than she probably realizes. 🥰

And funny enough, I already knew this house! It was listed by a fellow colleague, and I actually hosted the very first open house. I remember walking through this solid, spacious rambler thinking, “I need to find a buyer for this house!” Well… apparently I did! 😂

It had so much space, potential and opportunity in a great area — and we were able to put together an AMAZING deal for my buyer.
