Before we get into pumpkins, Halloween, and Fall Festival food 😂 Here are a few things to add to your homeowner checklist!

✔️ Change your HVAC filter
✔️ Clean out gutters & downspouts
✔️ Check weatherstripping around doors & windows
✔️ Disconnect and store outdoor hoses before cold weather hits
✔️ Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
✔️ Check exterior lighting as the days get shorter
✔️ Schedule furnace maintenance if needed
✔️ Give your yard one last fall cleanup

A little preventative maintenance now can save you from a much bigger headache later! 🏡
