🐿️🏡 MAINTENANCE MONDAY: DON'T LET THE CRITTERS MOVE IN! 🏡🐭

🎃 It's spooky season, but the only unexpected visitors you want this October should be trick-or-treaters! 👻🍬

As temperatures start to drop, we're not the only ones looking for a warm, cozy place to stay! Mice, squirrels, and other little critters might be eyeing YOUR home as their next winter getaway! 😳🏠

And trust us… these are NOT the kind of tenants you want! 😂

🔍 THIS WEEK'S MAINTENANCE MONDAY CHALLENGE:

🐭 Check for entry points! Walk around your home and look for small cracks, holes, or gaps around your foundation, siding, doors, and windows.

🍂 Clear away hiding spots! Keep leaves, firewood, and debris away from your home's foundation. These can create the perfect hiding places for unwanted guests.

🌳 Trim those branches! Keep tree limbs and shrubs away from your roof and siding to make it harder for critters to find their way inside.

🚪 Inspect your garage! Check weatherstripping and door seals for gaps that might give tiny visitors an easy entrance.

🔧 Protect exterior openings! Make sure vents and other openings have appropriate pest-resistant covers that don't restrict airflow. Never block dryer, furnace, or other required ventilation.

❤️ A little prevention now can save you from some BIG headaches (and unexpected roommates) later!
