Our explanation of the reason that CalCannabis is required by law to issue a license to a Cannabis Cooperative Association (“CCA”) is due to the fact such a corporation has come into being and the law requires the issuance of a license by CalCannabis. We made this simple statement because a more elaborate explanation should not be required. It is, however, clear that what should be obvious to most is sometimes not understood by many.
