Today marks the 111th anniversary of the 1915 Armenian Genocide. We stand in solemn remembrance with Armenians worldwide, while we sound the alarm on the 2023 Genocide of Artsakh Armenians that unfolded under the watch of the international community just three years ago.

Azerbaijan’s ongoing acts - its expansionist threats against the Republic of Armenia, its unlawful detention of Armenian hostages, and its systematic eradication of the indigenous Armenian presence in Artsakh are not isolated provocations - they are acts in furtherance of a Genocidal campaign.

We renew our demand for accountability and justice - anything less sustains impunity. The international community must act with urgency to uphold its obligations and prevent further harm.

Clinicians and staff at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) have been working without pay for months. C4 employees provide mental health, substance abuse and crisis services to help those in need - and now, Kerkonian Dajani is helping those employees recover their earned wages and benefits.

On November 13, 2025, Kerkonian Dajani LLP filed a collective and class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of current and former C4 employees. The lawsuit alleges violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Illinois Minimum Wage Law, and the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, stemming from unpaid and significantly delayed wages.

In September, KD Partner spoke at 's Capitol Hill Advocacy Day that called for accountability for Azerbaijan's war crimes, justice for Artsakh Armenians, and the protection of Armenia's sovereignty.

Today, these words ring truer than ever.
