To everyone who has received a gift certificate, voucher, or service credit from any of my businesses through events, raffles, giveaways, or community partnerships since the beginning of this year:
Thank you for your patience and support while I continue getting everything fully operational behind the scenes. As many of you may know, several of my businesses are still in active growth and transition phases, and I recognize that incomplete websites, inactive scheduling systems, and inventory inconsistencies may have made redeeming your certificates more difficult than it should have been.
Because of that, ALL eligible gift certificates distributed from the beginning of this year through events such as Game Night, Lake County Pride, P-Day, and similar community events will automatically have their expiration dates extended by an additional SIX MONTHS beyond the original printed expiration date.
This extension applies only to certificates distributed during this timeframe, and all certificates are specifically marked so eligibility can be verified.
I truly appreciate everyone who has supported my businesses and community projects during this building season, and I want to ensure that no one loses access to services or products because of delays on my end.
Thank you again for your grace, patience, and continued support. 💛
