As Hurricane Milton continues its path to Florida, please keep in mind some safety preparation tips.
Understand that storms can often bring in companies that are looking strictly to take advantage - verify companies before hiring them for roof repair or debris cleanup. In preparation for any potential claims, have your insurance documents organized (digital copies are a plus!) and take photos of your property prior to the storm arriving. Of course, be prepared with a safety plan for your family (pets included!) and know your evacuation route in the event that you need to evacuate your home.
