I had an appointment to notarize a document at the Six River’s National Forest office, near Bayshore Mall. Look at the gorgeous quilts they have hanging in the lobby! These were made by local artists to be the skirt for the national Christmas tree the year it came from Six Rivers Forest. I think my favorite quilt is the snail shell sleigh being pulled by Banana slugs and driven by Bigfoot. 😂🙌🏼

Every business owner has their “why.” The reason they get out of bed in the morning, hustle all day, and stay up working into the night. My whys are my niece and nephews. Being a business owner gives me the flexibility to be there for birthday parties, hockey practices, ballet recitals, and first trips to Disneyland. They’re only little once, and I feel so blessed to share in their milestones.
